About
I’m Gabriel. Platform and DevOps engineer, based in Toronto. I help teams get more out of the cloud: clearer roadmaps, infrastructure that scales, automation that actually sticks.
I like hard problems. Not the grind-for-grind’s-sake kind. The kind where you have to connect business needs with technical reality, where the answer isn’t in a single tool but in how systems, people, and process fit together. I’ve spent years doing that. Multi-account AWS designs, turning manual security tooling into auditable Terraform workflows, helping early-stage teams ship without overbuilding or overspending. I’ve worked in large enterprises too: compliance, governance, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams. Cloud, security, CI/CD end to end.
I can deploy LLMs and build AI agents. I’ve run inference pipelines in production and helped teams ship models that actually work.
I care about work that has impact. Sometimes that’s reducing over-permissive access across dozens of SaaS apps. Sometimes it’s cutting cloud spend for startups, or making CI/CD something teams can rely on instead of fight. I’m curious about new tech, but what I care about more is using it in ways that make operations simpler and safer.
When I’m not in configs or pipelines, I’m usually reading, tinkering, or exploring. Fluent in English and Portuguese, get by in Spanish.
